Membership in the Los Angeles County Ambulance Association (“LACAA”) as an Active Member is open to all private (includes publicly traded companies) ambulance service providers licensed by the California Highway Patrol and licensed by the County of Los Angeles to operate in the county as an Ambulance Service Operator.
The LACAA also has a Commercial Member class (non-voting) available to those organizations that provide goods and services to the ambulance service industry.
All members must meet the membership qualifications for each class of membership must be eligible to be a member in good standing and must not be found to have violated the LACAA’s Standards of Conduct.
The requirements for each class of membership in the LACAA are set forth on the Membership Application.
To join the LACAA, those qualified applicants are welcome to download a Membership Application and Member Data Form. Links to versions of these forms in both Word and .PDF are provided below.
Qualified applications interested in joining the LACAA are encouraged to complete both the Membership Application and Member Data Form and mail both forms with all requested supporting documentation to:
